If you use the Contact or Suggest a Game pages, the information you type (such as your name, email, and message) is sent via our form provider, Web3Forms, directly to our inbox so we can respond. We only use this information to reply to you or to review your game suggestion.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic. This is aggregated, anonymised usage data — it is not linked to your name or identity.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use ads or external links on the site. We have no control over the privacy practices of these third parties. If you use the Donate button, you'll be taken to a third-party payment page outside our site — please review that site's own privacy and terms before donating.

5. Children's Privacy

FunnyGamez is designed to be family- and kid-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and no sign-up or account is ever required to use the generator. Kids should ask a parent or guardian before submitting a form or making a donation.
