FunnyGamez suggests games for fun and entertainment. Some games involve physical activity — play in a safe space, follow age-appropriate supervision, and use common sense. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or dispute arising from playing a suggested game.

2. Personal Responsibility

Use the generator responsibly. Adjust or skip any game that isn't suitable for your group's age, space, or supervision level.

3. Game Suggestions

If you submit a game idea through the Suggest a Game page, you confirm it's your own idea (or that you have the right to share it) and you grant us permission to use, edit, and publish it on FunnyGamez, with or without credit to you.

4. No Data Storage

We do not store your gameplay activity. The homepage counter is kept only on your own device.

5. Donations

Donations made through our Donate button are voluntary, non-refundable, and processed entirely by a third-party payment provider — we don't handle or store any payment details ourselves. Kids should always get parental permission before donating.

6. Service Availability

We may update, change, or remove features at any time without notice.
